Yara Hueck Costa is a Producer at beetz brothers film production in Berlin. For several years, she has been producing international documentary formats with a strong investigative focus for public broadcasters, streaming platforms, and cinema.

Her work centers on complex and sensitive stories, which she accompanies from the initial research phase through production and postproduction and distribution. She regularly works internationally and multilingual (German, English, Portuguese, Spanish), moving between journalistic research, cinematic storytelling, and strategic production.

Her projects include award-winning productions such as JUAN CARLOS – Downfall of the King (Sky Original, directed by various directors) and Dangerously Close (ARD/Sky, directed by Andreas Pichler). ELON MUSK UNVEILED – The Tesla-Experiment (directed by Andreas Pichler) premiered at IDFA, while JUAN CARLOS had its world premiere at Canneseries 2023. The series won the Bavarian Television Award and was nominated for the German Television Award, the Grimme Prize, as well as the BANFF and Realscreen Awards. Dangerously Close won prizes, such as, the Blue Panther – TV & Streaming Award 2024 and the Prix Italia.

Most recently, she produced SIMON MESSNER – OUT OF THE SHADOW (ARD/Sky, directed by Veronika Kaserer), premiering at Filmfest Munich 2026.

She is part of the beetz brothers investigative unit (beetz:INVESTIGATIV) alongside CEO Christian Beetz, combining investigative research with cinematic storytelling and fictionalized shoots.
